Product Description

The production process of LVL building plywood is a delicate process involving multiple steps. The following are the main production processes:
1, rotary cutting board: this is the initial step of the production process. The logs are spun and cut into different sizes of veneers, which are usually between 1-3 mm thick. The rotary cutting process ensures the consistency of the size and shape of the veneer, providing the basis for subsequent processing steps.
2, drying and steaming: The cut veneer needs to be dried next. First, they are dried to remove some of the moisture. Then, through the drying machine of about 120 degrees for leveling drying, so that the moisture content of the veneer is controlled in the range of 8% to 10%. This step is essential to ensure the quality and stability of the board.
3, splicing board: The board after drying and leveling, according to the requirements of the production product, through the inclined street machine and other equipment splicing into a certain length and width of the board. This step ensures that the veneer can be combined according to the predetermined specifications and shapes, facilitating subsequent processing.
4, glue: The spliced sheet needs to be coated next. The gluing machine evenly coats the glue such as phenolic glue on the board. In this step, the amount of glue and the uniformity of the coating need to be strictly controlled to ensure a strong bond between the sheets.
5, cold pressing of paving board: The coated plate is laid into a certain number of layers in accordance with the direction parallel to the wood grain, and then formed by cold pressing. The cold pressing process causes the plates to bond tightly under pressure, forming a laminated plate with a certain thickness and strength.
6, hot pressing: The cold-pressed laminated plate is then further processed by the hot pressing process. Under the temperature of 1500 Newton hot press and 160ºC, the plate is hot pressed for a certain time, so that the glue is heated and solidified, thus enhancing the density and strength of the plate.

Through the above steps, LVL building plywood can be completed production. This kind of plate has the characteristics of stable structure, high strength and good durability, and is widely used in construction, furniture manufacturing and other fields. It should be noted that the process and equipment of different manufacturers may be slightly different, but the overall process is roughly the same.
