In order to prevent the wood from deformation and cracking during subsequent processing, pine wood needs to be dried. This can be done by natural drying or artificial drying methods to reduce the moisture content of the wood so that it reaches a suitable processing state. After drying, pine wood needs to be initially processed.
A cutting machine is used to cut the pine timber to the required board size, typically the width and thickness of the skirting. This step lays the foundation for the subsequent fine processing.
Next, the boards are finely processed using tools such as planers and saws. This process involves machining the sheet to the exact size and shape.
