We select high-quality pine wood as the raw material, as it is known to be durable and aesthetically pleasing. However, it is important to note that pine wood may naturally exhibit some defects, such as cracks and knots, which could affect the durability and aesthetics of the skirting. To prevent the wood from deformation and cracking during subsequent processing, pine wood can be dried naturally or artificially to reduce the moisture content of the wood so that it reaches a suitable processing state. After drying, the pine wood needs to undergo preliminary processing.
In response to the customer's request, we can apply a surface treatment to the skirting. During the painting process, it is advisable to apply multiple coats and sand down the surface to ensure a smooth finish and even colour. We believe that this will not only enhance the aesthetics of the skirting, but also increase its durability. Once all the processing and treatment has been completed, it would be advisable to package the skirting to avoid any damage during transport. It would be advisable to store the finished product in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent moisture deformation and to keep it in its best condition.

1. Fix the skirting:

Snap fixing method: If you use a special installation snap, first fix the snap on the wall, and then snap the skirting into the snap. This method is easy to install, and replacement is more convenient.
2. Splicing treatment: If the length of the skirting is not enough, need to be spliced, should ensure that the splices are flat and seamless. Special adhesives or nails can be used to strengthen the firmness of the splices.
3. Corner processing: in the corner or doorway and other places, should pay special attention to the installation of skirting. You can use special corner skirting or cut the skirting to fit the angle.
