2,drying and steaming: The cut veneer needs to be dried next. First, they are dried to remove some of the moisture. Then, through the drying machine of about 120 degrees for leveling drying, so that the moisture content of the veneer is controlled in the range of 8% to 10%. This step is essential to ensure the quality and stability of the board.
3,splicing board: The board after drying and leveling, according to the requirements of the production product, through the inclined street machine and other equipment splicing into a certain length and width of the board. This step ensures that the veneer can be combined according to the predetermined specifications and shapes, facilitating subsequent processing.
